The Installation procedure from initial enquiry to completion
- Contact Love Solar with your PV enquiry via website or phone
- Get a Quote
- PV system designed by Love Solar
- Site survey arranged if required
- Itemized quote and supporting documentation provided to Customer by Love Solar
- Love Solar PV quote accepted by customer
- Order form completed and returned to Love Solar with 25% deposit,
- Installation date arranged 4-8 weeks from date of order, depending on schedule
- Additional 25% paid minimum one week prior to installation team arriving on site
- Scaffolding erected prior to installation commencing
- Installation commences, taking from three days – one week to complete
- On completion customer pays remaining 50% outstanding for system
- On receipt of final payment installation details entered on MCS website
- Customer e-mailed MCS, Gemserv installation certificate and number
- Customer contacts electricity provider with unique installation certificate number
- Contract established between customer and electricity provider
- Payment details arranged between Customer and electricity provider
- Customer gets paid ‘Feed in Tariff’ for all solar electricity generated for the next 25 years
